Use Cases

One platform. Any agentic flow.

OrqForge is an agentic flow builder for the whole enterprise — not a point solution for one industry. Insurance claims is a common example we use in live walkthroughs; the same architecture applies wherever complex work needs orchestration.

Enterprise agentic flows — OrqForge orchestrating complex work across roles and departments

Demonstrated example · Insurance

Claims processing in minutes

We use insurance claims in our live demo because it shows the full pattern clearly: messy intake, specialist delegation, structured output, human review — all configured with the agentic flow builder in a short session. Insurers get claims managed in minutes; every other industry gets the same capability for their own workflows.

The trigger

A raw email arrives — incomplete information, attached images, stressed language. In the demo this is kicked off via chat for simplicity; the same flow works via email listener with rule-based routing on subject, sender, or content.

The agent network

A process orchestrator receives the work, flags itself as active, and delegates to specialist agents in parallel. In the demo these are damage evaluation and adjuster roles — in your deployment they are whatever roles your flow requires.

The outcome

Within approximately fifteen minutes, OrqForge produces a structured claims assessment report — cost bracket from images, damage evaluation, adjuster conclusions. The report is handed to a human for review before publish.

The configuration

The entire workspace was configured via the agentic flow builder in under twenty messages. Swap the insurance taxonomy for procurement steps, incident types, or approval chains — the builder works the same way.

Enterprise patterns

The same OrqForge architecture applies across business functions.

Operations

  • Scheduled health checks and heartbeat reports
  • Incident triage from monitoring alerts
  • Automated remediation drafts for recurring events
  • Routine compliance and SLA reporting

Support

  • Email and ticket triage with draft runbooks
  • Meeting transcript → structured action items
  • Knowledge base updates from resolved incidents
  • Agent-before-human for first-line response

Delivery

  • Requirements and design document drafting
  • Code changes with PR-based review gates
  • Status reports and programme documentation
  • Deployment checklists and runbook generation

Meeting recordings → structured work

When a Teams meeting ends, OrqForge can fetch the transcript, classify it against your taxonomy, and create structured work items. Agents draft deliverables — requirements, action lists, runbook updates — and route them through your configured review path.

Email → automated processing

Monitor shared or user mailboxes. Apply rules: if the subject contains a value, route to specific agent processing. If the sender matches a pattern, escalate or classify differently. Our insurance demo is one instance of this pattern — imperfect input in, structured output out — but the flow builder defines the rules for any domain.

Your use case

OrqForge is a vertical-agnostic agentic flow builder. Use the AI Trainer to model your roles, taxonomy, and review paths — then run the same governed pipeline for whatever work your enterprise coordinates manually today.
